Hot Spring

Today is the day I have expected since last month. Because my friend and I have planed to take a hot spring in Ping-tung. To the trip, we have to save money every day. I was surprised that my teacher announced we didn't have writing class this afternoon. I was very glad to set out early. On the way, I viewed the scenery that on my left is mountain and on my right is ocean. The beautiful scenery impressed me in my heart. It's rare to see the prospect, so I took pictures as memory. When we arrived, we couldn't wait to take a hot spring. We were excited because we could see landscape when we took a hot spring. It was really comfortable and enjoyable in the winter; besides, I not only breathe the fresh air but also relax myself. I love this special and unforgettable trip. I hope that I will have chance to take a trip with friends next time.

Unlucky

Today my teacher asked us to discuss lucky and unlucky in oral class. I consider I am an unlucky girl. First of all, when I take a exam, I always guess the wrong answer if I am not sure the answer. However, my friend often guesses the right answer. Second, when I have to attend to an important wedding, the skin on my face becomes worse. Last, the bad things I don't want to face is always happening to me. Maybe it is due to fate or tests me to how to solve. I don't have to care whether I am lucky or not. Because I believe everything is fine when I try my best do something.

Merry Christmas

Yesterday was an important and special day. Everyone knows Christmas Day is on December 25, and many people attach importance to celebration on the day. I also like to celebrate with my friends or family. At the beginning, my friend and I wanted to have a dinner at restaurant, but we made a reservation too late. Therefore, he took me to a PUB , there were only four tables ,a bar and other decorations. It has a great atmosphere, so it is fit to chat and relax. Besides, it provides a special game for guests. If someone can make five dices be the same number, he/she will get 100 thousand dollars. We enjoyed chatting and listening foreign music there. The place was full of pleasant atmosphere, we loved it very much and had a great Christmas Day.

Camera

When I was a child, I extremely hate to take a picture. Because I thought my face look not good on the picture. When I grew up gradually, I found that pictures were very important for me. I have wanted to have a digital camera since I liked to take a picture. Camera is very functional, it can record my life as a forever remembrance. Looking at the old pictures, they remind me of interesting things I have ever had. And I could know clearly where I went or what happed. It is joyful to share pictures with my friends, so I build an album belongs to mine. Many friends of mine also build albums, we usually exchange album to know the college life each other.

Taekwondo Competition

There is a taekwondo competition will be held in the morning tomorrow. To attend the contest, my boyfriend practice after school everyday. He sometimes asked me to accompany with him, but it was a little boring. I didn’t want to waste time, so I read my book or wrote diary till he finished his training. He hopes me go to see this performance on the spot, but I have to go home. Therefore, I will encourage him and tell him must have confidence to face the contest before he sets out. I think that he will be pleased at the moment. I pray that he will win the contest and get a large reward.

A bad experience

Christmas Day is coming soon, it reminds me of an experience I once had on December 25 last year. I had invited my friend to celebrate at a restaurant. She promised that she would come. To not delay our dating, I made up and dressed myself early. When I prepared well, she called me not to come because she had to deal with an important thing. I was very disappointed, but I had to accept this truth. The worst was my roommates celebrated with their boyfriends outside; however, I stayed in my dormitory alone and didn’t get any presents. I felt much lonelier and sadder at the night. This is my worst experience, and it has impressed me deeply. I hoped that I will have a great celebration on Christmas this year.

So Cute

My mom is a baby-sitter, she has taken care of the baby since he was born last year. He has a cute nickname called “Little Cattle.” He is very cute and has a charming smile so that everyone likes to play with him. The reason is why he is welcome by many people no matter neighbors or strangers.Sometimes I considered my mom maybe was lonely because no child lives at home. My brother and I are studying in college where far from away home, so we can’t accompany with mom usually. Mom has become busier since the baby appeared in my house. However, he makes mom live happier every day. I think he is mom’s best partner and she is not lonely any more. Moreover, he always makes fun for us. I want to see him when I am in bad mood, so I love to go home.

Run Run Run

Today is the day I go home,I had already promised my younger brother and boyfriend to take the train at the same time.The train starts at 16:48, but I get out of class at 16:40.It so happened that we had a test today,so the teacher didn't let us go home early.WhenI took the test paper, I wrote it as soon as possible.I handed in at 16:40, so I only had 8 minutes to get to the station.I know I probably didn't catch up with the train;therefore, I began to run quickly on the way.They worried about me not to get the train, and they called me by turns.In the meanwhile,I was running and talking on the phone.However, I was gasping for breath so that I couldn't give a sound.Finally, I consumed all my strength in rushing to the station.As soon as I catched the train, I was completely exhausted.

Dilemma

A year is going to end soon, we usually celebrate on the last day of a year.Therefore,my parents have a plan to go Hualien for three days.I want to join their trip; however, I also want to spend the holidays with my boyfriend. I am hesitant to choose it between two trips. After thinking for a while,I decide to take a trip to Pingtung with my boyfriend.Because I have to attend class on December 31.Besides,I realize clearly the writing class is very important so that I can't cut the classes. After we discussed the schedule of our journey, we made a decision that we'll start in the afternoon on the day. I think it is the best choice for me because I don't want to ignore my schoolwork due to the trip.

Good News

Yesterday my younger brother send a massage to me, he said that he would go home on Friday. When I heard the news, I was very happy and couldn't wait to see him. He expects the generous dinner which mom will prepare. He is also happy to get along with family and eat at home because he hadn't gone home for three months. My mom must miss her son very much and want to see him as soon as possible. It is a rare opportunity to have a family reunion; I should cherish the family happiness on weekends.

Forever Friend

Apple and I went to the night market tonight. When we look clothes on a stall, the vendor asked suddenly us whether we were sisters or not. We were very doubtful about her question and told her we were just classmates. She was surprised and didn’t believe what we said. Because she thought we looked very much alike, especially eyes. It wasn’t the first time that we were mistaken for sisters. We had heard others said we were alike since we became best friends. Maybe because we almost get along all day long; besides, we have been classmates for six years.

I need more money

Recently there are many department stores held anniversary celebrations, so many products have discounts. During the time, customers can spend less money buying what they want. When I heard the mews, I couldn’t wait to go shopping at the department store. After school, my friend and I decided to go the destination. When we entered, people crowded the store so that we had difficult walking around. But I didn’t care it, the most important thing was buying what I wanted. I wanted to buy many things, such as clothes, shoes, and cosmetics. However, I didn’t have enough money to afford them. Finally, I only spend 190 dollars buying a bottle of lotion.

Relax

Apple and I really love watching movies, it is our common interest. When we were bored, we usually go to the library to see a movie. Because we don't have much money to go to the theater, we cannot but use our school's equipment. After finishing dinner, we didn't know what to do so we decided to go to the library. We chose a thrilling film called Resident Evil , it made us exciting and scared. But we still continue to see it with nervous mood. However, we had to leave because of the time limit. It was a pity that we couldn't know the ending. We both expected the following plot, maybe the ending will surprise us.

Long time no see

I am the oldest child in my family, and I have only a younger brother. I have had good relationship with him; for example, we could share interesting or bad things that happened in the school. Sometimes we told about secretes each other. However, we have hadn't gotten along for a long time since he entered the collage. Now he is studying in a National University of Kaohsiung. Although it is not far away from our home, he can't often go home and get together with family. The reason why is that he always busy at the schoolwork, tests and Guitar Club. To this day, I have hadn't seen him for three months, and I have missed him very much.

Beowulf

A movie called Beowulf was produced recently, and it was adapted by the novel. My friend had wanted to go to see the movie since he saw the preview on the television. Therefore, he invited me to the movie tonight. It described a hero how to resist three monsters. Although he killed the one of them, he couldn’t bear the temptation of the monster’s mom. To get himself benefits, he deceived everyone the monster’ mom was killed by him. Finally, he was dead and brought the source of trouble in the future. The movie told us that people must have a determined will no matter things you confronted. In conclusion, don’t give in to temptation and control yourself.

I want......

To get good grades on the mid-term examination, I had stayed up reading last week. I was very tired and didn’t have enough sleep. After taking the exams, I want to go on a tour to relax myself. I will plan to visit Kaohsiung with my friend next weekend. My another friend commended us to go the city before because there were many places where we could see night scenes. Besides, I want to go to Dream Mall most because it is the biggest shopping mall in Taiwan. I heard that there was a ferris wheel beside the mall, and I wanted to try it. I look forward that I will have a great trip on that day.

TOEIC Test (revise)

I am going to take the TOEIC test on Sunday, and it is very important for me. The day is only two days away soon, and I don't know how to prepare for it. I am therefore very nervous about how well I will do on it. The test has only two parts, listening and reading. I am a little scared to deal with the listening test because it was my biggest problem. I am not confident that I will pass the examination. However, the only thing I feel happy is that the exam held in our school. I don't have to get up early, so I can get enough sleep and energy to copy with the test. I hop that I won't have stomach-ache and my test will proceed smoothly on that day.

Spaghetti

We always have lunch near our school every day, so we suggested suddenly that we wanted to eat outside this noon. We were all tired of eating that food. Therefore, we went to our dormitory and use computer to search restaurants that was delicious and cheaper. And then we decided to go to the spaghetti restaurant. It provided two kinds of meals, such as noodles and chafing dish. The meal was very abundant, including noodles, soup, drinks and cake. We ordered different flavors of noodles because we wanted to taste other flavors. We were satisfied with the food no matter noodles or desserts. It was worthy of eating at the restaurant next time. We chatted and took many pictures there, it made us relaxed and had a good time.

My Personality

If I could, I would change about my personality. I don't satisfy my personality because I think I have many shortcomings. First, in front of other people, I am usually happy and smile to them. They maybe consider that I am an optimistic person. In fact, I am pessimistic when I face bad things. Besides, I extremely care the words others talk about me. For example, if someone talk me the clothes on me is not good-looking. I perhaps don't wear it any more. Last, when I choose between two things, I have trouble deciding to choose which I want. I always consider for a long time, so I have to ask my friends to give me advices. I hope that I can break me of the indecision because it annoys me for a long time. No one is perfect in the world, but I would try my best to improve my defects.

Bad Fortune

Last Wednesday my friend and I go to eat dinner, I suggested that we went to a well-known restaurant that it has been famous for carbonado with rice in Tainan. When we arrived, we were so surprised that it didn't open on the day. We were very disappointed and cannot but find other restaurant. Then we know the news from local people it didn't open regularly every Wednesday. We went to the restaurant again today because I really wanted to eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant was still closed. We rode a motorcycle especially to there; besides, the restaurant was at a distance from where we lived. So we were very angry and disappointed. Next time we will try to take a chance, maybe we have luck eating it that day.

The Wicker Man

Linda rented a film called The Wicker Man the other day, she asked Alice and me whether we wanted to see the movie. Alice said that she had seen that film while I hadn't. They recommend me to see it because they all thought it was worthy of seeing the movie. After seeing it, I was very disappointed about the end of the film. Meanwhile, I was curious and doubt that they felt it was good. The story described a man received a letter that his ex-girlfriend send, and she requested him to find her daughter as soon as possible. In fact, she had known where her daughter was. The occupations of this island were women who believed in a strange religion. When the woman grew up, she would go to the other country and had a baby with a man. The destination was to accost the man come to the island and be their offering. In the end, the leading man was died of the fire, but I regarded he should be alive. That was why I was disappointed with the ending. As a matter of fact, my friends purposely deceived me because they also thought it was a bad movie.

Reading Report

We would have a reading report tomorrow, so we have prepared two weeks ago. The teacher asked us to find a topic about advertisement. There were four members in our group, and everyone had to introduce the content for ten minutes. After we discussed, we decided to take “got milk” as the topic. Besides, we found an interesting film and promised the audience to laugh. To have a perfect performance, tonight we assembled in my room and rehearsed many times. We all satisfied our report; however, we were so nervous that we didn't perform well. Now we just pray that we wouldn't forget the words we have to speak and have a good performance.

Internet auction

My friends bought the shoes on the Internet auction website, and she told me it was cheap and good-looking. What she said tempted me; therefore, I decided to buy the shoes in June. I expected that I could receive the mail soon, but I haven't been noticed to receive the goods so far. I left messages for the auctioneer many times; nevertheless, she didn't answer my questions. I seemed to be defrauded by Internet Scam Clan; the worst thing was that I have paid money to the auctioneer first. Now I am so angry that I can't take back my money, but I don't know how to deal with it. All I have to do is not take a risk to buy something on the auction website next time.

Betrayal

Tonight I stayed in my room and read a diary which my friend wrote on his blog. After reading, I felt sad and realize his misery. In the article he mentioned that he had ever betrayed by his girlfriend. He always had trusted his girlfriend and concentrated on their affection. However, she was cheating on him and fallen in love with another boy. Her betrayal was a great blow to him; therefore, he couldn't believe any girls anymore. He began to have no confidence on everything especially love, and has been single for four years. In fact, he was handsome and considerate. He had a lot of wooers but he couldn't accept affection of other girls. I hoped that he would become optimistic and find his true love one day.

Taekwondo

The club which my friend, Fly, joined in the college was Taekwondo Club, he took me to watch he and other members practicing kickboxing. This was my first time to watch how to practice it. If they made the wrong action, they had to practice again and again till learning to do the action correctly. And want to be excellent in Taekwondo, the process would be very hard. Fly started to learn Taekwondo when he was seven –year-old, and he has learned it for 14 years so far. As he studied in the junior high school, he received the highest level black belt. He told me that he kicked the opponent's teeth and his tooth was broken in a competition. It scared me and it was really a dangerous contest.But I envied of his raised ass because practicing Taekwondo could maintain a good shape.

A Crazy Night

To celebrate a friend's birthday, a group of people would hold a party for him tonight. They invited me to take part in his party, I was very happy and went to keep an appointment. They suggested to go to KTV for singing from midnight to five o'clock. At the beginning, I was shy and not dare to sing presence of all the people. Because there were only two girls, the rest of people were boys. For a while, I thought that singing was not a terrible thing so I decided to try it. Everyone got high and enjoyed singing; however, we were all so tired in the end. Before leaving there, we ask the waiter to take a picture for us. Even though everyone was too tired to nearly open our eyes, we all had a good time.

What happened to you?

I had many friends when I was in junior high school. One of them was my best friend, her name was Penny. She was very lively and optimistic so that everyone liked her. Besides, she was humorous and had a good personality. After graduating, we still had stayed in touch each other. One day I called her, but she didn't answer the phone. I thought that she might be busy doing something or she didn't hear her phone ringing that time. However, her friends also didn't contact with her. I started to be worry about her and found her whereabouts. She was safe but her personality became strange. For example, she became pessimistic and not liked to smile. I wanted to solve her problems, but she refused my offer of help. No one know what happened to her. Now I hope that she can be the old herself, lives with good mood every day.

Meteor shower

I heard that it appeared meteor shower last Sunday. I have never seen it since I was a child, so I was very curious about it. I always imagine what the sky looked like, it should be as beautiful as shining diamonds. However, I had ever seen falling stars with many friends in Tainan the year before last. We had ridden scooters to the mountain for a long time; therefore, my bottom was very painful. To see falling starts, we had waiting for about three hours in the winter. I wore a coat but I was still cold. I was very glad that saw many starts and made wishes right away.It was the most special experience I have ever had. I wished that I had a chance to see meteor shower next time.

A Surprise

After school, I walked back to my dormitory. The first thing I do is put on the leisurewear as usual. When I opened my closet, I found tow papers stuck on the door. The papers were written by my classmates; in fact, they wanted to give me a big surprise. On the paper they said that this is a birthday presents game. Besides, they give me some hints and I have to find them if I want to get my presents. Finally, I found all presents, but I couldn't find birthday cards. Originally, cards were hidden in another cabinet. This was a very interesting game, and I enjoyed it myself. I was glad that my classmates planed for my birthday, and I was touch by them.

My birthday

My friend took me to a high-class restaurant tonight for celebrating my birthday. There were many kinds of food at the restaurant and with luxurious decoration. I could eat anything I wanted, including sea food, Japanese food, drink, dessert and so on. Almost everything I would try it so that I was full with hunger satisfied very much. Although I wanted to eat more, but my stomach had been filled with food. After finishing our dinner, we both wanted to vomit and had no strength to walk. I guess that I would become fatter; however, I had a good time so much tonight.

Delusion

I went shopping for commodities with Alice after wring class. It has everything that I expect to find in the store, just like small department store but cheaper. When we found the product we wanted, a woman came up and asked us to fill up the questionnaire. She was a seller who sold facial products and said as long as we finished filling up, she gave away free sample of lotion. In the event, we found that we were cheated and the sellers only introduce their products to us. I didn't want to buy it at all, she gave up merchandising when she knew I didn't have desire to buy it.However, she didn't give us the sample. In short, we would bear in mind the lesson and not have a strong desire for gains.

Accosting

I had lunch with Alice in the N building at midday. Because we were very hungry, we both decided to order a drumstick with rice. When I ate the drumstick, I was regretful for ordering it. It was so big that I ate difficultly; besides, I couldn't gobble up it. I had had lunch for a long time. As soon as we finished up our meal, a man came across to talk with me suddenly. He said that his friend usually come across me so wanted to make friend with me. I was very surprised and that's the funniest reason I had ever heard. Then my friend, Alice, was also accosted by another one. Curiously, we dressed plainly; however, we were attracted by others.

How A Unforgettable Thing!

Today was the National Day so students and public servants had a holiday. My friend and I had a plan that would go to the old street in Anping. There were many people and noisy especially today; therefore, the street became more crowed and difficult to move. We ate a lot of delicious food, including shrimp roll, tofu pudding and fried oyster. As soon as we left the place, it begun to rain cats and dogs suddenly. We got wet in the rain to back home; however, the scooter was broken and couldn't ahead. We could not but walk and push the scooter to the motorcycle shop. Finally, we arrived home safely. Although we got bad fortune on the way, it made us a special experience

Alice's birthday

Today was a special day because it was Alice's birthday. She was my best friend and I have sent her good wishes on her birthday from senior high to now. I sent her a big present and birthday card this year. She was very happy and loved the present when she got it. The present I sent her was body lotion. By the way, yesterday she and I went shopping in the department store. She wanted to buy the product; however, she had not enough money to buy it. After going back to our dormitory, I asked my friend to buy body lotion. This was the reason why she was touched by me. Although my allowance was left not much, I only hoped that gave her a surprise and made an unforgettable impression in her life.

Fish Shrimps

My friend invited me to go fishing shrimps tonight. At first, I had no interest in fishing, but my friend told me that it was very interesting and hoped I could go with him. After considering for a while, I decided to go with him. This was my first time to go fishing shrimps; therefore, I was very curious and excited. I was very lucky to fish two shrimps in an hour, but I found it needed skill and patience. The total we fished were13 shrimps, and then we roast them for dinner. We were glad to fish a lot of shrimps, it made us feel the sense of achievement. This was a really special experience for me.

Wednesday

Wednesday was my favorite day because I didn't take any course on the day and not have to go to school. Besides, I didn’t have to get up early, so I had enough sleep.Today I had a lot of time to do what I wanted; therefore, I read English and did some homework. After reading, I saw the movie on my computer. Later I went to eat dinner with my friend and her sister. The restaurant is near her sister’ school and its food were not only expensive but also delicious. I hoped I could go to the restaurant next time. Today was very relaxed just like holiday.

Leisure Time

My friend, Alice, and I had a plan that we wanted to do some things after class. We hoped the things were good for us. First, we decided to go to the library to see the movie. There are many available types of equipment in the library; we thought that we should use them more. Then, we choose a comedy called “Just Married”, and it was a very funny movie. After movie, we went to the playground to exercise .We took a walk and jog for one hours. We chatted about happy things when we felt tired. I was very busy all day; however, I felt meaningful and enjoyed it. .

Night Market

My best friend and I decided to go to the night market tonight. We all wanted to buy the shoes, and we found a stall where were sold many beautiful shoes. It was a coincidence that we liked the same shoes. There were three colors of shoes, including white, orange and yellow. Therefore, I chose the yellow one; my friend bought the white one. We were glad that could buy the very cheap shoes.

Movie

After school, I went to see the movie with my friends tonight. We nearly miss the movie time, but we catch up finally. When I saw the movie, I liked to eat popcorn and drink coke. I enjoyed it very much. This movie was exiting and bloodstained, many people were scared by it. However, it was a good movie and we all liked it.

Moon Festival

The coming of Moon Festival, so we had four holidays this year. After going home, I had a busy schedule. My friends invited me to barbecue and let off fireworks; besides,I helped my aunt make moon cake. Although I was tired, it made me feel happy. I ate many roast meat and moon cake, and had a good time during holidays.

Go home

Today was the last school day of the week, and it was my favorite day because I could go home. Every time I took the train to my home, but I didn't reserve the ticket this time. There were a lot of people at the station, I maybe had to stand on the train. However, I was very lucky that I found the spare seat.

Shopping

I felt boring, so I decided to go shopping with my friend tonight. I wanted to buy clothes, but I didn't find the one I liked. However, my friends and I didn't buy anything. We were all disappointed to go back the dormitory because it was a pity that clothes are very cheap. Finally,we had been chatting happily on the way.

Money

Money plays an important role in my life. I found the price of all food going up recently, and my spending become more and more. I not only buy new books but also tree meals, so I have to save money on expenses. I think that I drink water instead of beverages.

Typhoon

Yesterday I heard the news that there was a typhoon in Taiwan .I found the strong wind and heavy rain outside when I got up this morning .I am so scared that don't dare to go out, but I have to go to school. The wind is very strong, so it makes me get very wet and my umbrella is broken.

Summer vacation

During the long time, I worked part-time in the kindergarten. Although I didn't get good salary, I like this job. Because it's not far away from my home to the kindergarten and there are many children who are cute. I love them very much, so I got along well with them from Monday to Friday. Besides, I am happy to learn a lot from it. It is my special experience, I would go back to the kindergarten if there was an opportunity next year.
